Tibetan Dream Yoga, or Yoga Nidra, is the ancient practice of training our minds to be Aware in a condition we spend a third of our lifetime. To remain lucid, while asleep, is one of the most important practices towards developing our Clarity.
These sessions include a guided nap.
TEACHER BIO
Michael Katz Psychologist, artist, and author has a doctoral degree in psychology from New York University. He is a long time student of Tibetan Buddhism and has studied with many of the great masters of this age.
Michael is a Senior Santi Maha Sangha (SMS) instructor in the Dzogchen Community authorized to teach Dream Yoga and meditation by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. He has subsequently taught dream yoga for three decades in more than 30 countries internationally as well as Harvard University, Amherst College, Tibet House, and other institutions and organizations.
