At Tibet House US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We've designed this return policy.

Books & Digital Media

Books and published materials cannot be returned once 5 days have passed from the date of purchase. Books must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

All Other Products

We accept returns on all other products within 30 days of purchase if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Products must be in resalable condition (unused with original packaging) unless the defect is our responsibility.

What's Not Returnable / Refundable

• Books after 5 days
• Online programs
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Perishable items

How to Return

Please contact us at info@thus.org with your order number and a photo of the item and any defects. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
