Our in person and online programs include lectures, workshops, retreats and events on Tibetan Buddhist culture and spirituality, history and art, the vibrant intersection of neuroscience and the Tibetan Mind Sciences, and interdisciplinary panels as well as daily meditation and yoga practices. Our public space holds a library with over 1,000 books to browse and a growing Repatriation Collection of Tibetan art, a guardianship project. We look forward to seeing you in person or online.
