Join us for a Friday evening introduction and Saturday session of Cosma Mental Art., a profoundly therapeutic breathing and visualization practice that explores both the physical and energetic dimensions of spiritual well-being. It is designed for anyone who wishes to increase their physical, energetic, mental, and emotional balance. By working with “Qi”—the vital energy that underlies all life—we can optimize our health and well-being.This simple yet profound approach uses deep relaxation and guided visualization to help you expand your perceptive field, strengthen your awareness of your personal energy field, and develop your intuition and aspirations.

Friday evening will begin with an introductory session and brief meditation practice.  Saturday will be dedicated to a fully guided meditation session incorporating breathing practices, visualization, concentration, and grounding techniques to support regeneration, boost energy, and increase one’s awareness of the auric body. This practical and effective method nourishes every aspect of your being. It brings inner security, calms the mind, releases tension, purifies and regenerates both the physical and subtle bodies, increases energy, and provides clarity and strength. Ultimately, it empowers you to deepen your understanding of the complex connection between the mind and the body to fully explore realizing your potential.

The full weekend program includes both teachings and guided meditation sessions. Cosma Mental Art is suitable for everyone—whether you are on a self-healing journey, seeking spiritual growth, exploring creative expression, pursuing a professional path, or simply wishing to cultivate greater harmony. It is open to all, regardless of religion, belief system, or cultural background.

With over twenty years of experience in the world of fashion and luxury—working for various prestigious companies and traveling extensively—she came to realize the importance of achieving both physical and mental balance to live life fully, with strength and serenity.

As the founder of THE ZEN WORLD, Agnieszka has collaborated with leading spas, renowned companies, and VIP clients across Europe and France. Before becoming a therapist, she spent more than two decades immersed in the high-fashion and luxury industries. This glamorous, multicultural background inspired her to pursue a path where well-being and inner harmony take center stage.A certified integrative energy therapist and teacher, Agnieszka now has over sixteen years of experience in wellness and mind-body practices. She created THE ZEN WORLD to share her expertise, foster well-being, harmony, and happiness, and help others cultivate greater awareness.
