This workshop is a stand-alone and/or a companion to the Friday, May 8th book signing. All are welcome! In this Saturday workshop, we will work with actual dream material – including that of participants – to apply some of the tools for understanding dreams that Bonnie includes in her book The Secret Mind.
In particular, we will practice with the four levels of dreams. One ancient Jewish hermeneutic practice looks at texts as containing four levels: story, resonance, question, and mystery. These four levels can be applied to working with night dreams, as well as to waking time experiences to move beyond the literal to the place of potential. The acronym of these four levels, in the original Hebrew, spell PRDS, or orchard. This will be an experiential and fun workshop – all you need is a pen and paper, and a dream from the night before if you would like to bring it.
