Through meditative awareness, concentration, guided visualization, and work with the five timeless elements of life—the source of all existence on this planet—this simple yet profound approach helps you slow down, create inner security, and become more centered and present. It expands your field of perception and deepens your awareness of your own energetic body. Rooted in the ancient Eastern teachings of great masters, this dynamic practice strengthens both body and mind. Step by step, it awakens awareness of the subtle energy body—often overlooked, yet essential to our resilience and protection amid life's challenges.


With regular practice, these teachings cultivate noble virtues such as loyalty, humility, patience, responsibility, honesty, and respect—for oneself and others. It is a path toward wisdom and self-mastery. Even for those who do not follow the full path, understanding the laws that govern the earth and the universe remains deeply valuable.


The session will begin with an introduction, then move into a guided meditation including breathing, concentration, visualization, and grounding practices. We will explore awareness of the subtle body, experience the perceptions of the five elements, and reconnect with the true nature of the mind.

 

TEACHER BIO

Agnieszka Szablonska was born in Poland and, from a very young age, has been passionate about the well-being of others, the abundance and beauty of nature, the creative expression of the arts, and the wisdom that life offers. With over twenty years of experience in the world of fashion and luxury—working for various prestigious companies and traveling extensively—she came to realize the importance of achieving both physical and mental balance to live life fully, with strength and serenity.

As the founder of THE ZEN WORLD, Agnieszka has collaborated with leading spas, renowned companies, and VIP clients across Europe and France. Before becoming a therapist, she spent more than two decades immersed in the high-fashion and luxury industries. This glamorous, multicultural background inspired her to pursue a path where well-being and inner harmony take center stage. A certified integrative energy therapist and teacher, Agnieszka now has over sixteen years of experience in wellness and mind-body practices. She created THE ZEN WORLD to share her expertise, foster well-being, harmony, and happiness, and help others cultivate greater awareness.
