Lungta: Tibetan Prayer Flag 177" Long
Lungta, or Tibetan prayer flags, are rectangular cloth flags printed with mantras and symbols that are believed to spread blessings and positive energy on the wind. The name "Lungta" translates to "wind horse," which symbolizes the carrying of prayers and the transformation of bad fortune to good. These flags come in five traditional colors representing the five elements and are often hung on high places where they can be carried by the wind.
