Discover a Journey of Wisdom and Healing: Living Without Regret by Arnaud Maitland.

In Living Without Regret: Human Experience in Light of Tibetan Buddhism, Arnaud Maitland offers a poignant and personal reflection on aging and death through the lens of Tibetan Buddhist teachings. Sharing his own experience of grappling with the loss of his mother to Alzheimer's disease, Maitland opens up about how his grief deepened his understanding and application of Buddhist principles.

Through his narrative, Maitland explores how these teachings helped him navigate intense emotions such as helplessness, anger, confusion, and fear, ultimately finding a path to healing and insight. His story is woven into a broader discussion of Buddhist concepts like impermanence, suffering, and the development of wisdom and compassion.
