Join Reiki Master Teachers Nitya Vink and Olivia Huang for a three-part journey into the heart of Reiki energy medicine. This series explores the roots of Usui and Tibetan Reiki, its connection to quantum science, and practical tools for self-healing. Each session includes guided practices, community integration, and a chance to experience Reiki firsthand. 

 July 15th | Workshop 1: Foundations of Reiki & Energy Healing [Exploring the Origins, Philosophy, and Quantum Connection] 

This two-hour introductory workshop offers an insightful exploration into the rich history and foundational principles of Reiki — focusing on both Usui Reiki and Tibetan Reiki lineages. Participants will learn what Reiki is, how it works, and how it intersects with the principles of quantum mechanics and energy medicine. Become immerged in an evening of knowledge and experience as you receive a powerful group Reiki healing along with integration and reflection time with herbal tea.

July 22nd | Workshop 2: Reiki De-Mystified — Bridging Energy, Science & Healing 

This second workshop deepens the conversation around Reiki by exploring its energetic mechanics through the lens of modern science and quantum theory. Participants will gain a clearer, research-backed understanding of how Reiki works in the body and mind, demystifying the practice and bridging ancient wisdom with contemporary science. Our experience tonight involves a Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra meditation and gentle soundbath for restoration and rejuvenation. Again, process time with tea completes the evening.

July 29th | Workshop 3: Self-Healing Through Energy & Intention [An Experiential Journey of Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki-Infused Yoga] 

Our last evening together focuses upon Reiki-infused yoga, breathwork and intention, which directs the flow of energy through the body to open the heart, balance the chakras, and cultivate a deeper connection to one’s own healing potential.
